Returns Policy

Click the above button to create a return shipping label.  You will need your order number which begins with 'S50000' and the postal code that the order was delivered to.

If you find that your order does not meet your needs, you may return any unworn MBT item in new condition within 30 days of the date the order was placed. We do not offer exchanges.

Continential United States Returns

Starting October 2022, we are offering free returns when you use the enclosed return label that is included with your new pair of shoes.  The customer is responsible for the shoes until the delivery has been made back to our Fenton, MO fulfillment center.  Please make a note of your tracking number so that you can refer to it if any questions arise.

Canada/Hawaii/Alaska Returns

If you are in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, you will be fully responsible for returning the shoes to our distribution center in Fenton, MO. We suggest you use a shipping method that will provide you with tracking information for your return.

Please return shoes in the original packaging and labelling to:

Upon receipt of your product at our distribution center, you will be refunded the amount of the product purchase price only. MBT is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise, so please be sure to package them up well to prevent any damage or lost shoes during shipping.

 

If you have purchased your footwear through another retailer, please constact them for information on their return policy.  We can only accept returns from customers who have purchased through mbt.com and have a valid order number.

 

Any returns we receive without authorization and not purchased through US.MBT.COM, will not be processed or returned to you.

 

In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and new condition without having been worn outdoors. This includes all packaging and labelling. (If you’re trying them on for fit, we suggest you walk on a carpeted floor in your new MBT footwear.)

All footwear will be inspected on return.

 

The initial SHIPPING & HANDLING charge incurred in ordering the item(s) being returned IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless otherwise stated).

 

We process refunds for Products within 10-12 business days of receipt, and will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

In the unlikely instance that items have been shipped to you that do not conform to your original order, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

 

Changes and Cancellations

 

To provide you with the best service possible, MBT processes orders soon after they’re received. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to change or cancel it. You may still reach out to customer care and they will make every effort to assist you.
