Return Policy

If you find that your order does not meet your needs, you may return any unworn MBT item in new condition within 30 days of the date the order was placed. We do not offer exchanges.

U.S. Returns

You are responsible for any return shipping charges and can drop off your return at your local post office, UPS or FedEx location. MBT is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and recommend using a service that is traceable and insured. If preferred, you can call our customer service department at (877) 623-4198 and request a return label however there will be a $13.00 charge. Customer service cannot provide return labels for Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.


Canada/Hawaii/Alaska Returns

If you are in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, you will be fully responsible for returning the shoes to our distribution center in St Louis, MO. We suggest you use a shipping method that will provide you with tracking information for your return.

Upon receipt of your product at our distribution center, you will be refunded the amount of the product purchase price only. MBT is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise, so please be sure to package them up well to prevent any damage or lost shoes during shipping.

You may only return orders to us placed through US.MBT.COM. If you have purchased your footwear through another retailer, you must return your footwear to that retailer.

Any returns we receive without authorization and not purchased through US.MBT.COM, will not be processed or returned to you.

In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition without having been worn outdoors. This includes all packaging and labelling. (If you’re trying them on for fit, we suggest you walk on a carpeted floor in your new MBT footwear.)

All footwear will be inspected on return.

The initial SHIPPING & HANDLING charge incurred in ordering the item(s) being returned IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless otherwise stated).

We process refunds for Products within 10-12 business days of receipt, and will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In the unlikely instance that items have been shipped to you that do not conform to your original order, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost.

 

Outlet Items

Items purchased from the outlet are NOT eligible to be returned and you will not recieve a credit if returned to our warehouse.

 

Changes and Cancellations

To provide you with the best service possible, MBT processes orders soon after they’re received. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it.
