The MBT Flua is a casual leather clog with two adjustable hook and loop straps for the perfect fit. These work clogs feature a water resistant full grain leather upper finished with a removable mesh footbed, our signature rocker sole and non-marking Vibram outsole.

The Three Levels of Rock in MBT Rocker-Bottom Soles
MBT shoes use different soles each designed with a specific level rock to boost muscle activity, improve balance, and lessen joint stress.
The Heel Sensor softens each step's impact, while a Pivot Axis creates the rocking motion.
As you roll over the Pivot Axis, an engineered shank helps to lift your heel rolling you forward more efficiently.
This integrated design—combining cushioning at the heel, a transitional pivot in the midsole, and a propulsive shank—sets MBT soles apart from conventional footwear.
