Starting Position: Parallel stance on balancing area. Press the balancing area alternately into the ground. Don’t allow feet to fall inwards, instead pressure should be given to the outside of the sole.
With mini-steps, press the balancing area gently, but powerfully into the ground. Variation: fast mini-steps on balancing area.
Getting Started
Exerting vertical pressure on the balancing area. Purpose: improve stability and gait technic.
